Jeff Cavaliere (Athlean-x) Is Accused Of Working Fake Weights On His Youtube Channel

Jeff Cavaliere was ahead physical therapist for the New York Mets and he becomes a successful youtube fitness channel. His channel is known by the Athlean-X website which has a huge following base of several million subscribers around the world. Most athletes know him.

Many fitness YouTubers have been accusing out Jeff for doing fake weights on his youtube channel.

Scott Herman Fitness, an expert channel on youtube showed that Jeff Cavaliere has been practicing fake weights. There was a video of Jeff performing the deadlifts with a weight of 495lbs. According to Scott Herman Fitness, the weights change and his body is off.

Scott was an expert while calling fake weights.

He says that as a content creator, you should use fake weights because you tired of lifting and training all time. He wants people who make videos to put in more time to make more quality and benefits videos for people and that's why you use fake weights.

Scott continues to convince his followers that he is not trying to harm Jeff, but he is trying to show the reality that his form is not really working as a lot think while doing these lifts and does not want people to follow the example given.
