Eddie Hall Share The Wild Hiit Session And Showing Off A 360 Lb Ripped Physique

2017 Strongest Man Champion Eddie Hall is on a mission to take his biggest nemesis (Hafthor Bjornsson) out of their boxing match at the end of next year. The two more than ever split their training and tried to gain an advantage over the other. But there is still some way to go until we see these two giants face off in the ring.

Lately, Hall has looked jacked up with noticeable abs and an incredible body for a man of his age. He's already taken his fitness training to the next level which is going to help him as boxing is so different from Strongman.

So he recently unveiled his 32-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout, consisting of a one-minute-by-one-minute format, in which he twice performed eight exercises for a total of 16 laps. The target was not to make the heart rate dropping below 130.

In his training Hall performed the following exercises:

  • Sled push
  • Assault bike
  • Hammer slams with a tire

  • Bat slams with a punching bag
  • The ball slams
  • Viking press

Hall clarified, during workouts, that his body weight is still about the 165 kg/363 lb mark. And while he gained weight early in the process, he slows down as he starts to lose body fat while gaining muscle mass.

Hall says it is his full-time job and his advice is to make it a full-time job for someone who asks what they should look like. "I am afraid you can't do something after work for an hour or two," he explained. "It's a hundred percent day-out dedication. good, I look in the mirror and fine.

He finished the workout that we've included the rest of the exercises above and that was about his session. After that, the normal person would throw up, but this reveals exactly what shape he is.
